"If it's your first visit, start with the Yuzu Salmon Nigiri and the salmon-topped rolls. The salmon is the strongest thing on the menu, soft with almost zero fishiness. Stick to the more traditional maki and nigiri if you want to actually taste the fish instead of the spicy mayo and unagi sauce most of the specialty rolls carry. Save room for the tonkotsu ramen: it won't replace a dedicated ramen shop, but it's a legitimate item here, not filler."
