Bingz Crispy 'Wich is the chain's first US location, a new counter at Tawa Gateway Plaza in San Gabriel built around the Chinese hamburger: a light, crispy pancake split open and stuffed with slow-stewed beef or pork. The meat is super juicy, the shell stays crisp, and the whole menu is very affordable. The hand-pulled noodles are made right in front of you, long and chewy in a sauce of soy and a little chili oil. We tried it at a preview before the grand opening, and we've heard the lines have been crazy while the hype is going on.

"Get one beef and one pork Chinese hamburger and split them, because the stewed meat is the reason to come and each one tastes a little different. Eat them right away while the pancake is still crisp. If you are hungrier, add a plate of the hand-pulled noodles, which are pulled fresh while you wait. Lines have been long since the opening, so try a later visit, since they're open late."
