ArcadiaA compact Arcadia food court where seven or so stalls cover a lot of ground: hand-cooked noodle soups, a Taiwanese-style combo deli, Korean tofu, ramen, sushi, pastries, and boba. Everything is made to order and priced like a lunch counter, which is exactly the point. Stall lineups rotate, so check in and tell us what's cooking now.

Hue Thai Bakery
RosemeadHue Thai Bakery in Rosemead is a go-to for banh mi done right. Their #1 special is packed with all the meats, crisp veggies, and a perfect mix of pate and mayo. The bread is super light and crunchy, one of the best baguettes we've had. It's also cash-only, and most sandwiches are under $5. Don't skip the pate chaud either, a flaky meat pastry that's buttery, savory, and incredibly satisfying.
