Huge, plump, and gelatinous with outstanding texture. The seasoning is lighter and less salty than at many dim sum spots.
Bouncy and shrimp-forward with a soft wrapper and fish roe on top. The pieces were noticeably large.
Meaty pieces with very little bone, a touch of black bean, and a savory sauce. The pork was especially tender.
Large shrimp dumplings packed generously with shrimp and kept mild enough for the filling to stand out.
