Start with thisHuge, plump, and gelatinous with outstanding texture. The seasoning is lighter and less salty than at many dim sum spots.
Siu Mai (Shumai)
Bouncy and shrimp-forward with a soft wrapper and fish roe on top. The pieces were noticeably large.
Spare Ribs with Black Bean
Meaty pieces with very little bone, a touch of black bean, and a savory sauce. The pork was especially tender.
