NBC Seafood in Monterey Park is all about speed and the classics. No frills, just dim sum staples served hot and fast from the cart. We grabbed chicken feet, spare ribs, shrimp rice rolls, and siu mai, our must-haves. Everything was steaming and flavorful. The spare ribs were extra tender and the shrimp rice rolls were silky with sweet soy sauce. Be ready to flag down a cart, though. It's not fancy but it's fast, reliable, and hits the spot when you want old-school dim sum.
