For $128, you get a full tasting experience, starting with gold flake tuna tartare and ending with bone marrow rice that is addictively rich. They serve A5 wagyu from Miyazaki, buttery soft and grilled tableside. The beef tongue is one of our favorites, tender, flavorful, and cooked just right.
